We encourage you to sign-up for our email list. These provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. You have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Helene Lucille offers complimentary shipping via FedEx for all orders shipped within the continental US. HL insures your package until it is signed for; afterwards the buyer is responsible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Helene Lucille carefully inspects all jewelry for quality assurance; please contact HL immediately if you feel there is a defect. For regular price, in-stock merchandise, we offer a 15-Day exchange or store-credit. All special orders are Final Sale. All sale items are final sale. All returns after 15 days may be considered for a merchandise credit with prior approval. Returns must be unworn, in their original condition, with HL box. Orders delivered within the state of Illinois are subject to 9.75% sales tax.
All special orders must be paid in full before the order can be placed . If there is a price increase we will notify you immediately and you then have the option to cancel or accept the price change. All special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Delivery times may vary.
We have the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error.
